Limited Warranty: Mojo Sports will warranty merchandise inline with the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Misuse or improper care are not guaranteed. For additional information contact Customer Service at 210-543-2800.
Returns: If you wish to return and item simply call Mojo Sports at 210-543-2800 for a Return Authorization number. The return must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. A prompt exchange or refund will be issued (minus any shipping or restocking fees) in the manner of the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Bats: All bat warranty claims must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Most non-wood bats carry a one year limited warranty. Please see our Bat Warranty section for more details or contact us for more specific questions.
